Membership in the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is a unique opportunity to establish one's lineage and heritage as a descendant of a patriot of the American Revolutionary War. An applicant for membership must be no less than 18 years of age. She shall prove her lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence by providing documentation for each statement of birth, marriage, and death, including the applicant's birth certificate naming her parents.
